With galleries that start working with artist(s) WAM represents, we typically offer territorial exclusive of "75 miles round the gallery".  

In our standard consignment agreement we stress that copyright remains with the artist(s), and we reserve a right to assign those rights to publishers or merchandisers of our choice.
